About Kari

With my background as a healthcare professional, real estate investor, and REALTOR®, I understand that the home-buying and selling process can feel complex and stressful. My mission is to take that stress off my clients’ shoulders. I walk with them through every step of the journey to ensure a seamless, informed, and enjoyable experience—whether we’re navigating negotiations or managing the details of a transaction.

Real estate and home design have been lifelong passions of mine. I grew up learning the business from my father, a successful real estate agent in Center City, Philadelphia, and over the years, I’ve taken on numerous home projects of my own. I love the challenge of project management and the creativity of transforming spaces.

A longtime Villanova resident, I made Stone Harbor my second home in 2021. As a recent empty nester, helping people find their perfect shore home has become one of the most rewarding parts of my life. My clients are always my priority, and making their dreams a reality is what motivates me every day. I’m deeply engaged in the local community and continuously learning the nuances of the market, neighborhoods, and lifestyle amenities at the shore. As a people connector at heart, I take genuine joy in building relationships and helping others.

As a real estate investor myself, I bring clients informed, comprehensive insights into market trends, property values, and investment potential. I strive to go above and beyond, exceed expectations, and build long-lasting friendships with the people I serve.

In my free time, I enjoy a good HIIT workout and long-distance running. I’ve completed the Chicago, New York City, and Philadelphia marathons, and you can often find me running eight miles to the Point or to Uncle Bill’s in Avalon on weekends (depending on the tides!). I also love spending time with my family, including my two mini labradoodles, Lucky and Buttercup.
